Annotating over a Keynote presentation

I would like to know if I can use a tablet and pen to annotate over a presentation when it is being delivered as a Quicktime.

I have a tablet and pen and would like to draw symbols, arrows, circles while giving the presentation. Similar to Windows PowerPoint.

I have a Wacom Graphire 4 tablet.

Thanks.

I know it can be done. I've seen it but didn't get the info from the presenter (but it was definitely on a Mac with Keynote). The folks at Apple Store tried to help and we came up with OmniOutliner.app but and although you can draw lines, shapes, etc it wasn't user friendly enough for my needs. That may be more a statement on my knowledge of the program than anything else, though. I couldn't find instructions or figure out how to make it practical for my use. HELP!
