Call Forwarding on iPhone AT&T to Blackberry U.S. Cellular

Does anyone know if AT&T allows call forwarding from the iPhone to a different phone carrier. I am always unable to forward calls to my blackberry when I want to use that...I get an message that says "Could not save call forwarding setting"? Suggestions?

Mac Book Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.8)

Yes, you can forward to any number. Call AT&T to be sure that Call Forward is enabled on your account (apparently it is not always there by default). Dial 611 form your iPhone to contact AT&T customer service.
