New paragraph within a cell

How do I make a new paragraph within a cell? For example (within a cell):

Mary Jones
Steve Wright

It may be useful to say that In the Help menu is an item entitled:
"Keyboard shortcuts"

It's also useful to states that posting a mail address in the forum is a bad idea.
