iPhone lost contact metadata, but kept contacts

Hi,

My contacts have somehow lost all of their metadata. The contacts are still listed in my contact list, but all of my contact info is gone. All of my SMS messages, recent calls, and favs show up as phone numbers only (Name links are missing).

I'm pushing my contacts from my .mac account, and everything is intact there, and on all of my synced machines.

My software is up to date, I've restarted, and I've done a backup/restore/sync, but that hasn't helped.

Any Advise?
