Templates for photo books?

Hi,

we want to do a photo book without using iphoto.
- can we export hires pdf's from pages 08?
- are there any templates available to do books for pages08?

Yes you can export hires pdfs from Pages 08. Select:

+Menu > File > Export > PDF > Best+

Make sure you have enough resolution (300dpi) in the original image, at the size you are printing.

There are others search for them.

A suggestion would be, if you like Apple's iPhoto photobooks, to print out one of these to a .pdf file and use this to layout a similar template in Pages. Or any other layout you fancy.
