Incorrect Feed URL

Greetings,

I wanted to update my feed URL to Feedburner, so I verified that my Feedburner feed was active at the following URL:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/skhquest

Once I found that it was active, I copied the URL out of my browser and into the <itunes-new-feed> tag, and the feed got updated correctly.

But there was a problem.

While I typed the http:// into my browser to verify the URL, I hadn't realized that Safari had switched it to feed://. So now none of my new episodes are making it in to iTunes because iTunes thinks the feed url is feed://feeds.feedburner.com/skhquest

Does anyone know how I might go about fixing this?

In fact your feed contains the correct 'new-feed' address, starting with http; and subscribing to the podcast produces all four episodes.

However in the iTunes Store page the fourth episode does not show. This may be because you have two 'itunes:keywords' tags in the 'item' entry: see:
http://www.feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Ffeeds.feedburner.com%2Fs khquest

Remove the second one and see if that solves the problem.

UPDATE: It has now been a couple of days since I fixed the feed RSS so that it is valid, and unfortunately, only those first three episodes show up. The new one isn't there since I updated the <itunes:new-feed-url> to that incorrect feed://feeds.feedburner.com/skhquest.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get a new feed URL to iTunes another way? How can I get this fixed?

Thanks,
Russ

It's possible you have got yourself into a Catch-22: in order to change the feed URL by the standard method you need to enter it the feed currently registered with the iTunes Store - which doesn't exist. I think you will need to contact Support, and explain the situation to them, and ask them to point iTS at the correct feed URL.

To do this, go to your podcast's page in the Store, and click on the 'Report a Concern' link.

Well, I have done the "Report a Concern" thing two times, and given each time just about two weeks for someone to get back to me but it's like nobody is even listening. I haven't gotten so much as a reply stating that they got my message.

Any other ideas? Is there any way for me to get the correct URL in there without submitting an entirely new podcast to iTunes (and finding some way to remove the original one)?
