An Apple employee dropped my laptop, however its out of warranty and i dont know what to do about it. They should be responsible for it right and replace it?

How did this become "criminal" damage? Did I miss something in the thread where the Apple employee intentionally threw the laptop on the ground?

There are other questions that need to be answered, like the question that has already been asked about witnessing the drop. Did the OP talk to the manager of the store. Was the laptop functional at the time? What kind of laptop is this and how old is it?

There will be fees involved in filing a lawsuit and the court will want to see evidence that the injured party tried administrative remedies before accepting the case. It may cost more than it would be worth. If this is an old model laptop Apple could offer a reasonable amount for the computer if they do not have one available to replace it with.
