Adding subwoofer to new iMac 24"

I have a relatively new 08 iMac desktop - love it - and the sound from the internal stereo speakers is pretty good. I would like to be able to add a subwoofer while keeping the internal speakers for the higher frequency sound. Is this possible?

I do not want to clutter my desk with unnecessary satellite speakers. Thank you for any suggestions. HG.

The product you are looking for is not around anymore, sadly, what you needed was the old iSub it was a stand alone subwoofer that pluged into a USB port and used the Mac's own speakers for mid/high range and the iSub for low range only BUT it only worked under OS9 and very early OSX, some people got it to work under later versions of OSX but you had to have a USB sound card pluged into the Mac. Sadly this is no longer a useable 'work around' as Apple never developed the drivers for iSub.

I have a Logitech Z4 system for mine, which sounds pretty good for the price. The Harmon Kardon soundsticks sound great in my opinion, but they are quite a bit more expensive.
Both of these systems compliment the look of the Mac as the Logitech's are available in brushed aluminum, and the Soundsticks are just plain cool looking. The satellites are actually pretty small and hardly take up any room on my desk.
