Itrip - change station preset

I have an Itrip for my 60g Ipod. It is programmed to 89.1 because 87.9 had a strong station on it, I don't know how I did this originally. Anyway the sound is terrible. Is there a way I can change the station that the Itrip connects to?

I'm assuming you have an iTrip that attaches to the headphone jack.

Go to Playlists>iTrip (it might be Griffin Technology) and select the station you would like to use. Once the light begins blinking rapidly, pause your iPod. The iTrip's light should blink 3 times & then stay lit.
