Getting Ipod shuffle 1GB sotware

Hallo,

where can I find software to copy it to my ipod shuffle 1GB?

It originaly didn't seem to let me do any changes to that (coping songs in, changing settings and on) and the restore function of iTunes didn't work.

So I tried to delete all the files from the ipod, but it didn't help.

Where can I download all the necesary software to run my ipod again?

Thanks for the reply.

I probably wasn't clear enough. I am not looking for ITunes. My Ipod stopped synchronizing, so after tries to restore or update the software (the one inside Ipod itself) I deleted everything and hoped iTunes would be able to restore it than, but didn't work out either.

So you know if it might be a software problem or it's a hardware thing?

Thanks much. Even though originally the reset utility weren't to stop and I had to shut it down using task manager, but it worked out. :-D
