"CS CODE" ? Needed to get MAcBook Batterie replaced at a Apple Re-seller

I Talked to this guy at a Apple reseller store and i asked if i could get my MacBook Batterie replaced and he said to talk to apple and get a "CS CODE" bring it to him and they can replace it. So can some one tell me what and how this "CS CODE" Works?

If your battery has failed within your warranty period call Apple at 800-275-2273 and get a repair order from them. If you are not in the US, here are the international [support|http://www.apple.com/support/contact/phone_contacts.html] numbers.
