Firefox & Thunderbird Profile Manager

Can anyone please tell me where I find the Profile Manager for Firefox &
Thunderbird. I have been to the Help sites for both and tried the path -
Library/Application support/Firefox or Thunderbird/Profiles they show to
get to Profile Manager.

But, Firefox & Thunderbird is not showing in the Application Support folder.

I also tried holding down the Option key while opening Firefox & Thunderbird
but that did'nt get me the profile managers either.

Macbook Pro Leopard, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

You are probably looking in the Main Library, not your user library
Look in
~/Library/Application Support/Firefox
and
~/Library/Caches/Firefox

Where ~ as usual, designates your home directory

Nerowolfe, Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I have looked there, I did find the Profiles folder for both Firefox
& Thunderbird, but there is nothing in either for Profile Manager.

My wife and I are both using one (the same account) on our Macbook Pro.

We want to be able to use both Firefox & Thunderbird with two seperate profiles
one for my wife & one for me.

With our old iMac OS 9.2.2 we used Netscape & OE with two accounts, so we want
to be able to use Firefox & Thunderbird the same way.
