Restaurant POS systems

I am in need of a Restaurant Point of Sale system that works on the Mac OSX. Can anyone with knowledge about this environment please comment?

I am aware of systems such as +Micros and Squirrel+, which run off of Microsoft windows.... and that's not what I want.

If it helps:
• my restaurant is casual, with sit-down table service.
• I will have a bar serving alcoholic mixed drinks.
• AlaCarte style menu
• This is a start-up
• Need back office reports
• inventory/supply management

2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Mac OS X (10.5.5), 4gb ram

PayGo POS (based on FMPro) should be adaptable and is probably already being used in restaurants. It's designed to be customized. Talk to them (Christian James Software) to find out what a restaurant solution would entail. When we switch to a Mac based POSS (retail shop) we will most likely use it. They are hungry to grow their user base.
