Help me please, Installing Ez Drummer in Logic Pro 8?

Hi There,
Can somebody help me install Ez Drummer in Logic Pro 8?
I used the installer like I would do for installing any other software, but for some reason, Logic seems not to recognize Ez Drummer! Is there a procedure that I have to follow to make it recognizable? Or am I doing something wrong?

I also installed Drumkit from **** thinking it would help to make Ez Drummer be recognized, but I got nothing

Please help me, somebody?

What exactly is the problem?

i see that you asked before about multi-channel operation of EZ drummer here:

Did you try this? What happened? DFH won't change anything - EZD is a separate instrument.

When you go to the I/O section of the Instrument track, is EZD available? Are you choosing stereo or multi-channel? Did you check the Audio Units manager - is EZ drummer showing up there? (Logic Pro -> Preferences ->Audio Units manager)

I'm having the same issue here:
I've installed EZDrummer and my Logic Pro 8.0.2 simply doesn't recognize it.
It doesn't show in Logic's "Audio Units Manager" either.

What is happening?

Does it have something to do with Leopard?

Are you using the latest version (1.1.5)? EZD is compatible with Leopard.

Look in /Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components. Is 'EZdrummer.component' there?

If it is, try trashing this file:

~/library/caches/com.apple.audiounits.cache, restart Logic and see if that helps.

If it doesn't, try reinstalling again.

Hi Steve, have you figured out a way to make Logic recognize ERDrummer? I'm having the exact same thing here!

Hey you guys. I had this same problem. You have to go into Garageband and open it up there first. It will ask for your serial and then it will show in Logic
