When I connect it to the computer, Vista's USB sound is heard, iTunes pops up, and says it's waiting for the iPod for about a second or so and then says an iPod has been detected but cannot be properly identified. It says there's an unknown error (2005). Messing around with the home and sleep buttons have not helped me so far.
