I just tried to purchase an album and there was an error and all the songs did not download. I tried several times and it did not work. I quit iTunes and when I re-opened it the download section in itunes was not there with the remaining songs in it.

What do I do?

I tried to find an email support contact link but it just sent me around in circles. Very annoying!! Can someone please give me a direct link to the section were I can click on a contact link and have a new email open to send to them. Even better is there an iChat feature to support?
