When I click on the contact us at the bottom it just sends me to another web page where I cannot find any email or phone support for iTunes. What do i do. this is frustrating.

Or you could have selected the Download Problems item on the page Zev linked to to get to that page. Anyway, fill out and submit the form and someone from the iTunes Store should be getting back to you.
BTW, there is no phone support for the iTunes Store.
