I just tried to purchase an album and there was an error and all the songs did not download. I tried several times and it did not work. I quit iTunes and when I re-opened it the download section in itunes was not there with the remaining songs in it.

What do I do?

I tried to find an email support contact link but it just sent me around in circles. Very annoying!! Can someone please give me a direct link to the section were I can click on a contact link and have a new email open to send to them. Even better is there an iChat feature to support?

The "contact us" link on the page Zev linked to is a generic one for Apple in general. What you want, and I presume what Zev meant to point you to, is the form linked from the bottom of this web page:

    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/download/

Or you could have selected the Download Problems item on the page Zev linked to to get to that page. Anyway, fill out and submit the form and someone from the iTunes Store should be getting back to you.

BTW, there is no phone support for the iTunes Store.

    Good luck.
