Can't Sync My iPod, but can manually transfer music???

Hi, i have a 80gb ipod classic and my problem is that i can transfer music manually to the ipod, but when i try to sync it with my itunes library it will do the first album and gets stuck. I have restored the iPod but that still didn't fix the problem. I sent it to apple and they said it's fine, but it still has this problem and is still under warranty until feb 09. Can someone give me some help or advice. Thanks.

Sounds like you may have some corrupted songs that it is having problems with. Try a Restore and Resync and note which song it hangs on, then remove that song from your library and see if it works.

actually i have just realized after leaving it to sync all night, that the problem is that it syncs VERY slowly. E.g. it took at least 5 hours to do 15gb of music.
