FileZilla

Hi there. I'm searching for a FTP client for my mac. I use FileZIlla on my other OS and tried to find a mac version. I downloaded the mac version from their web site but after unpacking, the software doesn't start. Just start and close again. Looking at the screenshots I saw some from MacOS 10.5. It is possible to be just for Leopard?

Any suggestions?

Have you inquired from the vendor? Have you posted on their forum? Did you try downloading the file again?

have no idea about if it is only for Leopard, cause it does not say anything about it on the website, and here (Leopard) works great

but there is out there more FTP Clients for mac, just google it 🙂

Hi hirohito,

from what I see here: http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client it is for Leopard (OSX 10.5) only.
The latest 10.4 Tiger version seems to be 3.06 http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?groupid=21558&package_id=15149&releaseid=572633
