Do Not Sync Unchecked Songs onto my iPod

Hi There

I am using iTunes on Mac. How would i stop iTunes from uploading songs to my iPod that do not have a tick in the box next to the title?

The reason i want this is so it doesn't upload my Christmas music after the festive season.

If that doesn't work do you have any suggestions?

Select your iPod from the "Devices" list in the iTunes left column. Then in the main window select the summary tab and put a check mark in the "Sync only checked songs and videos" option.
