Getting exchange to push to all folders on the iTouch, not just the Inbox

I apologize if this has already been asked (I could not find it on the discussion boards anywhere)

I have an iTouch running software version 2.2. Our work e-mail is an exchange server (Exchange 2003). I would like the server to push mail to all folders on the iTouch automatically, but it appears that the only folder where new mail is automatically pushed is the Inbox. I would like it to push all folders so that I've got a complete set of incoming mail - I use several rules to automatically redirect a portion of the mail that I receive.

Is this a setting in exchange itself? I can't seem to find anything on the iTouch that would allow me to modify the folders that are being push'ed.

I know that tapping on a folder will download its contents, but would rather not have to wait for the download if at all possible.
