partitioned drive = time capsule

Hello,

I'm new to this forum so excuseme if i'm asking a really stupid question.
I have here a time capsule 1TB and a hard drive i have partitioned in to 5 partitions, when i try to connect it with my time capsule, time capsule gives an error message and says i have to connect the drive with my computer to fix the problem. when i connect it there seems to be no problem at all...
Does anyone know what is wrong?

The drive is formatted in windows xp and is NTFS.
A maxtor 3200 500GB
