*10. Territory*. The Service is currently available to you only in Canada and is not available in any other location. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Service from outside of the available territory, and that iTunes may use technologies to verify your compliance.

I am a diplomat working in Moscow with my Canadian Credit card, my Canadian iTunes account, using my Canadian TV, living in Canadian Government Housing, paying Canadian Income Tax, serving my Canadian Government... and you're telling me I can't rent movies anymore? Just because I have a Russian IP address? The sole reason I bought the TV was for the rental abilities... Tell me I'm reading this wrong...

In fact, I'm rather disappointed in Apple recently, as the internet is designed to ensure that all users are equal [which denying service to a person based on their location doesn't groove with] and that information exchange could never be hindered by overseeing authorities [it's supposed to be liberating]. And the good news is, IT IS all these things!
