Very Low Tuner ...HP P2015

I have not got this exact printer, but most printers are similar anyway.

When you call for Print, you get a drop down sheet of printer options, such as how many pages to print and what sort of paper. There are several drop down menus on this sheet, but it is far from obvious which one does what, so you may need to try them all to see what options they offer.

In my case, the one which shows "Safari" (the name of the calling program) pulls down to give several more choices and one of those choices is "paper type/quality". If you select that choice you get another set of choices, and one is "Print Options". If you select that it offers the choice of "Economode" which uses less toner and gives grey print, so that has probably become selected somehow. If so, that is your problem, so turn it off !

Sorry if this sounds confusing - I can't understand why this menu structure is made so complicated and unclear. But you should be able to find a control like that somewhere with a little exploring.
