Finder wont Delete and Gives me Error Code -1407

So, i'll Just get right into it. About a week ago I installed a MAC NTFS read/write driver (file located here: http://macntfs-3g.blogspot.com/) or whatever in order to transfer a 4gb ISO file over to an NTFS external HD. It was only after this that I started to notice some weird stuff happening.

1- All of the stuff on my normal External HD (Formatted in FAT 32) that was put there before the driver was installed wont delete, but New Stuff Will.

2- There is a weird file in my trash bin that has weird and unrecognized characters in the title and says it was created in 1903, but it is 0kb in size. And it wont delete. (I have tried Secure Delete)

3- whenever i try to delete It gives me a message that says: "Sorry, the operation cannot be completed because an unexpected error has occurred. Error Code -1407"

I have tried Secure Delete on the files, like I said, and I've ran OnyX. Though It hasnt seemed to have worked. Also, when I transfer the files that wont delete over to a windows machine, they wont play (Some of these files are AVI video files) and say the files are corrupted. (I've tried VLC on the files on the windows machine) But, the files all play normally on my own Mac Machine. I just now got fed up with all of this and decided to ask for some help. Anyone got any Idea whats going on? Whats the Error Code -1407 mean? (I have uninstalled the driver and its all still messed up)

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.5), Upgraded my ram to 2gb

I don't know about your first issue for sure-more details could help.

EDIT: Try opening /Applications/Utilities/Terminal, and typing the blue text in (copy and paste it):

ls -aleO@

DON'T press enter yet. Type a space, and drag a file you can't delete into Terminal. You'll see its path displayed onscreen. Press enter, and paste the results into a reply.

As to your second 2 problems, I would suggest, if you are running Boot Camp, booting into windows, and running chkdisk.

Good luck!
