Get Drop Box Off The SideBar

I mounted my dad's shared disk on my desktop. Then I took his Drop Box and put it on my sidebar. Now when I go to remove it, it won't let me because it says "The folder 'drop box' could not be opened because you do not have sufficient access privileges." How do I get it off my sidebar? I just want it gone.
