Driver issues with a Dell Laser 3115cn
We have been unable to print from our iMac to our Dell Laser for a good period. Dell support has told us we need to see this printer listed in the Bonjour printer area. Any ideas of how to have this software recognize the printer?
Also just to put it out there we've already tried using the Lexmark drivers and have gone through our network hardware to make sure it is all working properly. We can talk to the printer, we just can't get it to print. We can add the printer via the network with no problems to the iMac, print jobs just never are never recognized by the printer.
Any help would be much appreciated!
