How to redownload purchased Movies and music

my old computer was stolen and the itunes library that was purchased was placed on it. How do i redownload the purchased movies and music to a new computer?

    Did you not make backups? tch, tch. You were suppposed to.

    OK, nanny mode aside, you can ask iTS support for another download, but they have to pay royalties again for you to DL it, so ask nicely here:

    You're welcome! So, did they give you a re-download?




    My only other advice is make a backup schedule, and stick to it. And test your backup method right away to make sure you can retrieve everything - the itunes backup of DVDs did not work for me, so I'm backing up on to an external hard drive, instead.



    I back stuff up weekly, because I DL a lot of music. For others, once a month might be OK.
