Realtime Audio to MIDI conversion

does anyone know of a cheap audio to midi converter that can operate in realtime? ive been trying to find something for a long time and have either come up too complex or too expensive. im looking to convert my triggers for the electronic drumset i am building in realtime in logic. 10-12 separate channels. preferably software but am also looking into mod'ing other devices. open to anything though. anyone know of something?

Macbook Pro 15" 2.16GHz Core 2 Duo 3GB RAM, Mac OS X (10.5.5), Lacie 320Gb external HD 7200rpm via firewire 800

Thank you for that! Even though it does not transcribe to midi, doesnt really matter because all i wanted was to trigger my drum sensors with samples. And this does the job realtime!! thanks a lot!

ive tried it and it DOES convert trigger to midi, but the problem with that plug-in is that its pitch sensitive. While im sure it would be an extremely powerful tool for another application, i dont think drum triggers would be the best idea for this one. For example, my one friend used it to beat-box his voice to trigger samples in ultrabeat.
