DIY: Replacing keyboard

Can someone direct me to some instructions to remove certain keys? My right shift key, up down left right keys, stopped functioning and I want to clean them

Powerbook Medic has a PDF [here|http://www.powerbookmedic.com/Manuals/Apple-Key-Replacement.pdf] showing this. However, you are unlikely to fix this problem if it is the electrical contacts. They are sealed between layers of plastic sheet. Taking the keys off only reveals the mechanical parts, so if the key feels normal, taking it apart probably won't help.
