Swap or remap Fn and ctrl keys in Windows XP ~ New Alu Macbook Pro

I am looking for a way to swap the Fn and Ctrl keys in Windows XP on my macbook pro. I was previously able to do this using the Input Remapper software. This was with the older macbook pro I bought about a year and a half ago. The Input Remapper software apparantly does not work with the new macbook pro's and bootcamp 2.0.. and it doesn't look like input remapper is going to be fixed or updated anytime soon.

Is there ANY way to remap or move these keys on the new mbp's? my new laptop is basically useless for playing any FPS games if the ctrl key isn't in the corner... so it makes it about 50% useless to me.

I am also putting this out there if anyone that works for apple will read this, that there should be something in the bootcamp options to swap these keys. You will appeal to a whole load of gamers out there who need the ctrl key to be in the corner. or the keyboard should just be changed to have the ctrl key in the corner. no reason for it not to be.
