WINACD problem
I found the locked thread on getting WINACD to work on a Win machine, however the hints there didn't seem to match my situation.
I have installed 0.4.6 and in device manager I can see the USB human interface device with details USB\VID 05AC&PID921C\6&2E04FB50&0&2, which I believe is the correct one, it has the MS driver and no exclamation mark. The display USB cable was plugged in when installing, though I got a message, that I could plug the display in when I was ready at the end of the installation. In the hardware IDs USB\Vid 05ac&Pid_921c&Rev0115 is listed. I have tried unplugging and replugging the USB cord a few times.
I see the apple control screen but under virtual control panel I see "none present" The USB ports are working on the screen as I can run my Wacom tablet and monitor calibrator from the ports there.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot, perhaps I could manually install the right driver if I could access it?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
regards,
Chris Ross
