How to Deauthorize iPod

I bought a used iPod Video 5.5 and I need to return it. As I understand it, I can only transfer purchased content to a certain number of devices. I see how I can deauthorize my computer but not my Ipod. If I delete the content from it is that all I need to do?

Thank You.

You can only transfer purchased content to up to five computers. iPods, iPhones and Apple TVs don't count toward that number. All you need to do is restore the iPod and you'll be good to go.
