G5 2.5GHz dual core time, date and Wifi........???????????

Hi! Everytime I turn on the computer, it says the time and date is wrong and have to go into the time and date settings to change it, happens everytime. Also the Wifi connection needs me to put in the passowrd everytime even though I have ticked remember password. Anyone know the problem?????????THANKS!!

The time and date being wrong is an indication of a dead battery. Your owner's manual should tell you what kind you need. It's a watch type battery that you should be able to find rather easily.

With regard to the WiFi password, I'd try going into /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access and deleting the "stored" password that's in there for your WiFi setup. Perhaps that entry has gotten corrupted. The next time you connect, check the box to save the password like you normally do and see if it sticks this time.
