"Specified Server Could Not Be Found" error: Graphite Ibook SE via Airport

Hi! I recently aquired an Ibook G3 Special Edition running OX 10.2.8 with an Airport card. The card seems to have no problems finding and connecting to the network. When I open Safari or Explorer the homepage will open up (Google or Yahoo) but I am unable to navigate within that page or go to a new page. I get the above error. Please help! Got this for my daughter to be able to do internet schoolwork at home and cannot afford a new one.
