(Sense Code 52102)

Anyone shed any light on what this might be? I am trying to burn a DVD using Encore CS4 but it cancels and ejects the DVD along with the message:

+*Encore was unable to complete the operation because of a hardware error (Sense Code 52102). Please contact the hardware manufacturer for more information.*+
