Q: Logic Express 7 Security Code

I have a purchased and a licensed copy of Logic Express 7 through the Apple Store and have recently upgraded to Mac Pro. I had restored my operating system on my old computer to be re-sold. I had forgotten to copy my codes down thinking I had them stored and backed up in another location. I returned to the Apple Store for a solution. I believe I had purchased it through my credit card number which had been changed due to theft. They have no log that I had purchased it. Being an avid Apple supporter this situation is starting to get frustrating because know one seems to be qualified enough to give me clearance even after I purchased a brand new Pro Mac. I would even want to upgrade to Pro Logic. I am wandering why this is beginning to be so problematic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Save all your purchase information digitally as well as hard copy. I believe the responsibility should be on you and not Apple to mine all the relevant information, especially when it's incredibly sparse.

Apple has always been accommodating to me, but you gotta give them something to work with. I believe I had purchased it" ain't really enough to go on.

I'd say contact your credit card company and request a statement of the original transaction from your old CC. Have proof in hand that you're a legit owner the next time you talk to an Apple rep.
