Crooked display, dock, and printing

At first I noticed when printing documents one side of the page is crooked. When I go to web pages I notice the web page display is also crooked. When I go to the dock I am also having the same issue. I called tech support and they could not resolve the problem. I had the issue when I brought it in for a tune-up. The tech support at the 800# suggested I do archive and install or bring it into the Apple store. Before bringing it into the store is anyone else having the same issues and if so how do they resolved the problem
