Changing billing information???

I've been trying to login to view my account info. and I've reset my password twice and it lets me log in, but to view my actual account info. it opens another window saying log in to view account information? What am I doing wrong? I need to change my mastercard because i got a new one

Mac OS X (10.4.11)

From the selections on the right side of the main iTunes window - select iTunes Store - then Account (upper right corner) a dialog will show - type in your iTS account password and you will have access to change your billing info.

thats what i'm stuck at...i put in my password and then it just re-opens that same window each time. it doesn't take me to my account info

Did you close iTunes then re-launch?

You are using the correct user id - Apple or AOL?

You did repair permissions with Disk Utility after your last iTunes update/upgrade?

How do you repair disk permissions?

I'm having the exact same problem that Courtenfold is having. I just got my new iTouch and I'm trying to buy some apps for it. I can't get in to view my account information it just keeps giving me the sign on screen over & over.

Use Disk Utility located in your Utilities apps Folder.

i got tired of changing my password and doing all that other stuff so i just opened another iTunes account with my other e-mail address.
