Page Up / Page Down / Home Key

I would like to page up, page down or use a home key

I am using MS Word, Pages, and PDF, when using these documents I would like the ability to page up or page done or even use "home" key which I can a windows laptop. Id there any way to do that on my macbook? Can I configure my keyboard short cuts to do this?

iMac Intel core duo 2.33, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

Use the up and down arrow keys for one line at a time

Use the up and down arrow keys while holding the Command key for Home-End

Use the up and down arrow keys while holding the Option key for one page at a time

None of those work while using MS word

These suggestions work on safari and PDF's but not MS word

I miss the home and end buttons on Windows.

One finger needed only. With Mac, it takes hitting the command button AND the up and down. The space bar pages the whole page, but not sure about Word.

Send this bug report to Microsoft because they don't exist in any Microsoft products on the Mac that I'm aware of.
