TimeCapsule: Mac2Win ok, Mac2Mac not

We've recently moved to the 500GB TimeCapsule as a router and file server. We can connect to Windows Shares from our Macs just fine, but when it comes to connecting Mac to Mac (all Leopard 10.5+), it's a no-go. We can see the machines just fine, we can connect as a user, but when we go to list the contents of a drive the Finder window just spins and nothing ever shows up. Any thoughts? Thanks.
