iPhone Screen Output

I work for an Audio Visual company and one of our clients has created an iPhone app that they would like to demo at one of their meetings. Our goal is to output the screen of the iPhone to video screens so the audience can see the demo. I tried the Component AV cable, but it just outputs movies and music. Does anyone know if their is a way to output everything that the iPhone displays?

Thanks,
Chris

If your client is feeling really ambitious, yes it's technically possible:

No easy way though. 😉
Conventionally this sort of demo is done by projecting the Mac-based iPhone Simulator, however I realize it's not useful for certain application if they need GPS, accelerometer, etc..
