iPhone Compatible Ski Helmet

Hi. I like to listen to music when I ski, and since getting the iPhone, I've just run the included headphones with mic through my jacket and into my ears under my helmet. But its hard to keep them in.

Does anyone have suggestions for an integrated helmet, either bluetooth or wired, that I can use to listen to music and answer my phone if it were to ring?
