I don't have admin access
Hi
Recently, my MBP (1st generation) crashed and I sent it to a local authorised reseller for a reinstallation of the OS X, and after the reinstallation, I don't seem to have the admin access anymore. I can still login with my password, but I cant update my softwares anymore. For example, whenever I want to install new software updates, a box will prompt me to enter my Name and Password, and when I entered my name and password, the correct one, it keep saying it is incorrect.
Then I try to crosscheck it in Accounts in System Preference, I cant seem to access the info as I locked it previously and the same box prompt me to input the same information, and it keep saying it is incorrect though I am sure it is correct.
Any idea what's wrong?
