Quick way (or shortcut key) to stop a workflow

Hi,

I've just made a useful watch-me-do, but sometimes when I run it I see that some things go wrong, so to prevent the rest of the workflow from failing (or making bad actions, because the mouse is actually clicking, I don't want it to click where it shouldn't) I wanted to know if there was a shortcut key to stop automator, like pressing the Stop button. Only, I can't press it because the mouse is moving and clicking around and keys are inputed.

Thanks for any help!

if you save it as an application then when you run it there is an automator stop button in the menu bar that you can press to interrupt the flow. however, in my experience it doesn't work reliably plus it will be hard to press if your flow takes over mouse movements. you might be better off force-quitting the application. enter commandoptionescape to bring up the force quit dialog.
