playlist issues when moving to new PC

I just moved my library to new PC and am encountering 3 issues (so far).

1) my complete library loaded into every playlist folder - the playlists within the folders look OK, but this screws up the Show In Playlist view big time

2) at least 25% of my artwork is missing. I have 23,000 songs in my library and all had artwork before the move

3) random Sort Name and Sort Album changes I made are missing. Most are there.

Anyone with similar experiences? Should i try it all over again?

Dell desktop, Windows Vista, 64 bit

How did you move it over?

Assuming you had a default itunes setup, if you copied the entire itunes folder over, this wouldn't happen. If you just copied the "itunes music" folder over, you didn't get the ITL library database file or the artwork folders.

Now I have copied all the files into my I Tunes folder so my playlists and artwork are there. But now the program can't locate the files for a huge chunk of music ("the original file can't be found"), even though all the files are in the ITunes music folder. 99% of my files are imported from my own CDs. I can't seem to solve this riddle!
