Any one using Pod Farm

I can't get Pod Farm to pass AU validation when I launch Logic. It just sits there till I finally hit cancel validation. The auvaltool doesn't close and it sits in the dock. I can't reboot unless I hold the power switch. Is anyone with an Intel Mac and OS X 10.5.6 able to use Pod Farm successfully? I had Gear Box working successfully as a plug in before and then when I installed the latest update it quit validating ok in Logic. I even used time machine to go back in time and now it won't work either. Anyone here have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Bob

I've tried reinstalling everything but no luck. Are you using Pod Farm as a plugin in Logic? Updated everything Line 6 but get the same thing. Stalls when opening Logic 8.02 when going through AU validation. I know a few others are having the problem from posts on the Line 6 boards. I'm just trying to see if I need to do something or if its something Line 6 needs to fix.

Thanks,
Bob

Its not a 10.5.6 issue as the problem was there before I updated to it. I do have a Tone port and a KB37 but I doubt that is an issue. Line 6 said that several people were having the same problem when I had installed Pod Farm 1.00. They told me to update to 1.01 and see if that fixed the problem. It didn't help at all. It's frustrating because I can't get an answer from Line 6 as to weather they see the problem or its something that I have to fix. Its not easy trouble shooting because every time you try it it causes the computer to be unstable and the only way to reboot is with the power button.

I finally got it to validate. I deleted the .plist files and rebooted without any Line 6 device connected. I then opened Logic and it opened fine. I inserted Pod Farm into an insert slot and it opened showing that it wasn't activated. I then closed Logic and plugged my Line 6 devices back in to the USB ports. Then I reopened Logic and changed my audio i/o to my Line 6 device. Pod Farm now opens ok. The first time I had my i/o set to Mac internal and it hung up when I tried to open Pod Farm. Now it opens ok no matter what i/o device I use. I have to give credit to Jord for helping me out on this one. It doesn't make a lot of sense but I finally got it to work. It is definitely a Line 6 problem with authentication. Hope they fix it soon. I've had great luck with their products in the past and customer support had been good but this time they messed up bad.

Hi I had a lot of trouble with pod farm in the last few weeks. Validate in logic had crashed and garageband too. Today I did the following. I have installed the latest updates (drivers and pod farm) then I deleted the pod farm's plist file, I disconnected the device and started the validation process in logic. It seemed that it will crash again, but I had stopped the validation and clicked on the reset & rescan selection button and the validation succeeded. After that, I haven't got any problem with pod farm.
