Outlook Search Folders -

I have at least 50 folders on my Outlook email (which is a LOT of scrolling on the iPhone) - is there any way to add a search folder (i.e. "Unread Items") to the iPhone so I know when a new email has been delivered via rule to a specific folder?

Alternatively - any way to set up iPhone in general to alert me when a new mail has been delivered to a given folder?
