Applejack issue (unable to start)

Hello all. My system has been abit slow lately, after knowing that Applejack might help to iron out the issue I try on Applejack.

I just installed applejack, then I ran Applejack AUTO, applejack did found error on my disk but was unable to repair it although applejack has attempt to fix it for a few times. Thus I press S to skip the process. Then I proceed to restart. The issue starts when I was able to restart but my mac would boot until the apple logo and then it shuts down by itself. What should I do next...I could not boot my mac now 😟

Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Hello and Welcome to Apple Discussions ...

At this point you need to run Disk Utility from your restore disk and check the hard disk for errors.
To check the hard disk:

Open Disk Utility, in the Utilities folder in the Applications folder.

Insert your Mac OS X Install disc in your computer’s optical drive or an optical drive connected to your computer, and then restart your computer. When you hear the startup tone, hold down the C key until you see the progress indicator, which looks like a spinning gear.

Follow the onscreen instructions until the Menu Bar appears with the Utilities menu in it, choose Utilities > Disk Utility, click First Aid, and then click the Verify button. If DU reports errors, click Repair. When it's finished, from the Menu Bar, select Utilities/Startup Disk. In the Startup Disk window select MacintoshHD 10.x.x and click Restart.

If you still can't boot the Mac go here: Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck

You have several options. You could get DiskWarrior Maintains, Repairs, and Recovers Mac Disks.

Or, TechToolPro

Or, you can take it in for service which it needs. One more thing to try before you do anything is boot from the restore disk one more time holding down the C key and run Disk Utility and click Verify and Repair again. Sometimes it takes Disk Utility two scans to repair the disk. It certainly can't hurt to try.

My apple workstation was unable to boot after running AppleJack. AppleJack detected some error on disk but was unable to fix it, upon restart my mac will autoturn off after reaching the "gear rotation" screen.

Apple's Disk Utility was unable to fix it either...then I tried DiskWarrior. The problem was then ironed out by DiskWarrior.
