iPod Mini isn't being recognized
Yesterday afternoon I was happily listening to my iPod Mini, everything was fine. Then I plugged it into my computer to charge it for about an hour.
I unplugged it from the computer, turned it on, and ALL MY SONGS AND PLAYLISTS WERE GONE!
So I then proceed to plug it back in, and I get a message saying the computer doesn't recognize it, so I need to re-install the iPod applications. I did this three times and iTunes or the computer (I don't know which one) STILL would not recognize the iPod.
All my songs are still in iTunes though, I just don't get an option to "Update iPod" in the File Menu...
What should I do? Do you think I should re-install iTunes? If so, how can I keep all my music?
