12 days of Christmas iTunes store offer

This Christmas thing sounds great but to be hoonest its a bit of a pain in the hole. The links on the webpage wont work for me and earlier on this week i was charged for the Ting Tings Video when i found it on itunes and it said it was free. My first real problem is that the katy perry vid cant be found on itunes. looks like im gonna miss this one 😟

Mine has more or less been fine, I've been able to download all of the past videos/shows. The links on the capital radio or guardian websites don't work for me but the one on the official http://www.itunes12daysofchristmas.co.uk/ website works for me.

The problem is though, that the latest freebie (Katy Perry - Hot 'n' Cold Video) shows up in iTunes as being £1.89 even though it's today's free download, so I dont want to click it and loose £1.89 in these credit crunching times!

None of the links on the homepage work for me, so I can't sign up. And I really want this Kay Perry video, but not if they're going to charge me for it.

Come on iTunes sort it out.

Just tried to download todays video, but it says "This item is not currently available. It is currently being modified." Perhaps they're working on fixing the problem now.

I've tried downloading it all day & it keeps saying it costs £1.89 not free as advertised!

Yeah been having this problem too - is there anyway we can contact iTunes to get them to sort it out?

I have managed to sign up now - after a few attempts. Site seems to be working fine now.

As for todays supposedly free download - I've e-mailled apple to let them know it's not working. But they say it could be 48 hours before anyone gets back to me.

It should be working now. I had the same problem with the Katy Perry video in the small hours of the morning but I was able to download it around midday when I looked again. I've not "signed up", just used the links on the iTunes Store home page.

Anyone else getting a bit sick of Apple's lack of attention to detail these days.

Is this why I paid a premium for a mac? Why iTunes is more expensive than say Amazon MP3? Get your finger out Apple!!!!!

The link provided on various pages is wrong, but there is a free one on iTunes if you search under Katy Perry.

Neither of those seemed to go to the free version.

That video became available about 11pm on the 8th, they should make it available again at some point as most people will have missed it due to that.

To be honest, it looks like they have really screwed up this offer.
Yesterday, linked to a non-free file. Same with todays (at 8:20pm).

The first 2 days where OK for me, but nothing since.

I've had a response from apple. They couldn't tell me why the download wasn't working or showing as free - just that it was being modified.

But they did credit my account with 2 video credits for the incovienience...so I did in a round about way get the vid for free.
